What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site or send us on WhatsApp or by email: name, phone number, email address, city, and the academic and budget details you choose to share. We collect this so that we can answer your enquiry.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• Prepare an eligibility assessment and a university shortlist for you.
• If, and only if, you decide to proceed, share the specific documents a university requires with that university's admission office.

What we will never do

• We will not sell, rent or trade your contact details.
• We will not pass your number to other education agents or lead-generation companies.
• We will not add you to bulk marketing lists without you asking for it.
• We will not call you repeatedly after you have asked us to stop.

Who else sees your data

Only the university you choose to apply to, and only the documents that application requires. Our website is hosted on a virtual private server and enquiry emails are delivered to our own mailbox. We do not use third-party CRM or lead-distribution platforms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while your admission process is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first.

Children

This site is aimed at students who are 17 or older and at their parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without a parent's involvement.
